One Week Down!

How has your first week (plus a day) in the Summer 2013 WIA program been? What do you like and what don't you like?

  1. My first week was amazing! I met some great people and learned how to photoshop. I like everything about it. There is nothing I don't like.

  2. I've had a great time so far during the WIA 2013 Summer program. I've enjoyed making new friends and working on the Macs. What I don't like is getting up so early during the summer to go to work.

  4. My first week of Summer 2013 WIA has been okay. It's been a little difficult for some people to get focused and motivated. However, it got better towards the end of the week. I like being able to work with photoshop again. This course has been a nice refresher for me so far.

  6. My first week at WIA was different than my first week last year, but it still has been an enjoyable experience so far. I like how we have different group members to add different creativity to this group and it's cool having returning members to add ideas from last year. One thing I don't like is sometimes it seems time is ineffective. It seems like we could be more productive, but we need to help with the creativity process more effectively.

  7. I don't have anything bad about this program. I enjoy everything about it. We have a very good group that works together well this year, who puts out alot of great ideas. We don't have any conflicts and we all help each other out. I enjoy the people in this program and I'm glad to be a part of it this summer.

  8. The DMT program so far has been actually very fun. I enjoy all the jokes and the work we have done so far. Something that I wouldn't like would possibly be putting all the photos into small boxes. It really does get tiring doing it over and over and over. Other than that, though, this is a friendly environment, and I enjoy the projects that we have been given so far. I also like how there is music playing; it helps me focus. The breakouts have even been a fun refresher for me, and I enjoy learning new things to remember for the work-force. :)

  10. My first week has been an experience. I've learned much about photoshop and the kind of people who use it most. I like how everyone works together as a team (especially after the inspirational video by kid president). I don't like how there isn't enough time in the program that many projects cannot be done.

  11. My first week here has been absolutely amazing! I have made some new friends, which they all like to pick on me a lot, but I'm cool with it. I pick on them, too!(: Mr. J is so funny and very laid-back. Everyone here gets along and like to have fun. No one is truly mean to one another and the things we learn from each other are so outstanding! I'm liking this year at the Summer WIA Program with my new peeps! :D

  12. The first week of our program was interesting, we've gotten farther with using Photoshop, and certainly are working more together, brainstorming a lot as a team.
What do I not like? Well, nothing so far!

  14. It was very exciting to be back her at the WIA Summer program. What I like about it is the many creative people you meet and seeing other people's unique style of doing things. I think what I'm not going to like is juggling this program and college.
