I enjoyed working out with the team. Being able to be in the art department was the best part of the experience. I have experienced being on a video set before, while recording a video for my friend. It was very similar to what happened today. :D
I've never been on set before, and it's a lot different than what I expected. I had no idea that's how movies were actually made. I thought today was very successful.
A video set involves a lot of work, a lot of repetition and shooting video. There is a lot of effort that goes into not only the video, but also the angles of the shot, the audio, how the script is to be read and acted out. There is a lot to being on a video set then most would actually think, all of the shows that you see on television these days, all of the angles, shots, props, clothes, and script is all created by a team of people.
I've been on a set before as a costume designer, it was a lot of work because there was more characters. But at the end of the day here the most fun is watching the actors act, I believe that this movie is going to be most hilarious.
I have shot mini movies with friends before for fun and I loved doing it! Today was fun and I like being on hair and makeup duty!(: I love doing hair and makeup and trying new things! I think this will be fun. And Kurtis is too good at being the counselor! xD
It's a lot of fun but very difficult at the same time.
