  7. When in a work environment, it is smart to remember how you look; presentable and clean. You have to remember when you present yourself, it is also how you act towards others. This includes things like being: respectful, willing, polite, etc. :)

In an work environment you should present yourself in a manner to fit the needs of the employer, be dressed as needed and address your attitude to be more outgoing and friendly, dealing with conflicts easily with not only customers, but also with co-workers and your employers. Noted that you should always be paying attention to small details and show yourself to be trying, working hard.
